We continue to wait (and wait and wait) on referrals. Meanwhile God has been working in our hearts about changing the age range of the girl we are requesting. We've had our homestudy visit required, received approval from DCFS (an Illinois requirement) and mailed our amended update off to immigration for updated approval.
Our request is now for a girl 0-4 years old. So, our baby may not be a baby. Tyler was cute - he said "Oh! If she is three or four she'll be able to play already!" So he approves of the change. :) We are excited to see what God is going to do, and if this change helps speed the process up a bit that will be a blessing too.

I agree with your momma - God will provide a blessing, a little girl who was born to be a part of your family. Tyler has such a great thought process :-)
